Account Manager

At Valorous Group Inc., we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an account manager, you will be in charge of fostering new ties with our most important clients. As the main point of contact, you’ll make sure clients are happy and encourage revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of account initiatives and projects.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our products or services.
  • Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth, client retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies relevant to the account management function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the telecoms sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage and track account activities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
