We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team at Valorous Group Inc. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent to the organization.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees' benefits-related inquiries and assist in resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) databases. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and protection.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the organization's goals and values. Communicate policies to employees and ensure their understanding and adherence.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
  • Conduct employee orientations, trainings, and workshops to enhance employees' understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans. Provide guidance to managers and employees to drive performance and professional growth.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and activities to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.
  • Stay informed about HR best practices, industry trends, and legal updates. Make recommendations for continuous improvement and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to address HR-related matters and ensure alignment across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding effective and efficient solutions.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
