Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Valorous Group Inc. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, generating leads, and closing sales deals to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and value of our products or services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives to offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, sales volume, and profitability.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the customer and the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to address customer needs, resolve issues, and optimize the overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training, workshops, and self-learning to enhance sales effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and effectively present ideas and solutions to customers.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify and address customer objections.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools to manage and track sales activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
